About Villa Anna
Villa Anna is a luxury three bed, two bathroom Villa situated on the outskirts of Pefkos with uninterrupted stunning views of the Aegean blue sea. Its the perfect location if you are looking for a place to recharge your batteries and relax whilst soaking up the suns rays alongside the infinity swimming pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned, has black out shutters and fresh linen provided in all bedrooms. As an added touch on arrival you will receive a couple of bottles of wine and water to get you in the mood for your holiday.
Infinity Swimming Pool
At Villa Anna, you'll find loads of creature comforts that will make your time in Rhodes that little bit more special. Out in the landscape gardens, you'll find a stunning infinity swimming pool.
The infinity swimming pool measures a large 8x4 metres which makes it ideal for families. There's plenty of room to take a dip if you need to cool off after spending some time under the Mediterranean Sun. The area around the pool is fully tiled. There are also wide, tiled steps allowing for easy access to the pool. Want to just do a little sunbathing? No problem.
The poolside area is spacious so there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax. We have provided rattan sun lounges for extra comfort too.
When dusk approaches, and the sun begins to dip beneath the waves of the Aegean Sea, the pool lights automatically switch on. This gives the infinity swimming pool a very special atmosphere. As Rhodes is always warm, the pool's water will remain at a lovely temperature. So if you're feeling adventurous, why not take a midnight swim?
Having Fun At The Infinity Swimming Pool
If you want to have some fun in the pool, you'll find plenty of toys at Villa Anna. We've got inflatable pool beds, masks, snorkels, footballs and a bat and ball. If this isn't enough, why not take a trip into Pefkos and visit 'Mingos' supermarket. They've got plenty of goods on sale, so you're sure to find something to make your time at the pool even more of a riot!

Beautiful Landscaped Gardens
In front of the pool there are well kept gardens with vibrant colours and sweet smells. Towards the end of the garden there is gorgeous pergola with a marble seating area to comfortably fit eight people. The seating area under the pergola is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sun rise over the Aegean Sea. Likewise, it’s a very special place to eat dinner and watch the sun setwhilst listening to the crickets in the background.
There is lighting down at the pergola and power for those who might want to listen to some relaxing music. During the day it’s ideal to sit in the shade to have a break from the sun and watch the glass boat go pass heading to Lindos or returning back to Pefkos.

Outdoor Activities
Ping Pong
Behind the back of villa anna, there is substantial area for outdoor activities. Set up the table to have hours of fun. Ping pong balls are Provided.
BBQ
There is a beautiful large hand crafted BBQ where meat and fish can easily be cooked on after a hard day of sunbathing.
Outdoor Seating Area
Right outside the lounge patio doors there is a rattan seating area with cushions to enjoy during the day to stay out of the sun or sit and relax in the evening with a glass of wine soaking up the view of the infinity pool and sea.
Pergola Seating Area
At the bottom of the landscaped gardens there is a good size seating area to enjoy meals with the family. Perfect to sit down and eat the local fish you have cooked on the BBQ with a cold glass of Mythos (Greek Beer) whilst you watch the sun set.

The large kitchen has plenty of cupboard and workspace to allow you to prepare any meal of the day with a convenient breakfast bar to allow you to chat to your friends and family at the same time.
The kitchen is fitted out to a high standard with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook whilst staying at Villa Anna.
With regards to appliances there are: Stainless, Steel Oven and Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Juicer, Kettle, Toaster.
Bedrooms
Situated on the first floor thees large bedrooms has a comfortable king size beds and lots of storage; including fitted wardrobes and bed side drawers. Patio doors lead onto the balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

Bathrooms
Villa Anna has two bathrooms. Bathroom one is on the ground floor which has a power shower, sink with chrome fittings and a washing machine (if you fancy doing any washing whilst on holiday). The second bathroom is on the first floor which has a bath, shower and sink with chrome fittings.
